INSTRUCTIONS TO AUTHORS

 

The magazine Construção Psicopedagógica is a publication of Department of Psicopedagogy of Sedes Sapientiae Institute in São Paulo. The purpose of the magazine is to publish original works such as: scientific articles; research and experiment reports; case studies; book reviews; reports and interviews, thus, studies that can contribute to the construction of Psicopedagogy field, clinical and institutional, specially focusing on Brazilian reality.

The authors take full responsibility for their points of view, so that the magazine Construção Psicopedagógica is released from the responsibility for the statements issued by authors in the articles.

However, it is expected that the authors do not use discriminatory language as to any kind of social, ethic groups or when referring to gender.

The works submitted to magazine Construção Psicopedagógica for publishing will be, at first, analyzed by the Editorial Commission, then send to two consultants from the Scientific Commission for comments. If the work is approved, the date of publishing will depend on the thematic editorial program established.

The authors shall send their manuscripts to: Instituto Sedes Sapientiae, Departamento de Psicopedagogia, Revista Construção Psicopedagógica, Rua Ministro Godoy, 1484, CEP 05015-900, SP.

The manuscript submitted must follow the guidelines of ABNT – Associação Brasileira de Normas Técnicas (Brazilian Association of Technical Standards), including these requirements: two printed and numbered copies and one disk copy 3.5 “typed in Word for Windows”, Verdana letter, size 12, double-spaced, 24 000 characters (20 sheets of 1200 characters).

The work shall have the following structure:

1 - Title – term or expression that indicates the content of the text; author (s) name; degree of author (s) that qualifies them in the field of Knowledge; professional affiliation (s); mailing address and e-mail for contact.

2 – Abstract in both Portuguese and English – paragraph that summarizes the objectives, methodology and conclusions, with the key-words that indicate the content of the text, in the end.

3 – The main text shall be organized in: introduction (purpose of the article and methodology); development (subject presented in a comprehensive and objective way) and conclusions (results achieved);

4 - Notes at the end of the pages or at the end of text, breaking the text into parts and attachments shall be avoided; the quotations and the bibliographic references shall attend ABNT rules as following:

EVALUACIÓN PROCESS

The Editorial Commission and the Scientific Commission will evaluate all works submitted for publishing.

The Editorial Commission considers the work according to criteria of pertinence, consistency and originality in the field of Psicopedagogy.

The authors’ name will be kept anonymous as well as the name of the scientific consultant.

Each work submitted will be evaluated by two scientific consultants.

If the article is recommended by the majority of the consultants, it will be considered, in principle, approved for publishing.

The decision about the date of publishing depends on the editorial program established.
